Since graduating from Rhode Island School of Photography in 1990, I began working in New York City assisting various fashion and commercial photographers. There I learned a great deal of the fashion business working with the professionals. I took a short internship with the famous Arthur Elgort who has photographed fashion all over the world for Vogue, Bazaar, Elle, and other top model magazines. The trade secrets I learned helped me greatly discover my own style of photography.
I moved to Denver in 1993 and started my own business shooting fashion photography for the local model agencies to build my portfolio. Since then I have worked on many jobs both locally and nationally for clients such as Schering Plough, Budweiser, Denver Broncos cheerleaders, Gander Mountain, Cabellas and Orvis catalogs. I've worked on editorial jobs for Passion, Freestyle, New Jersey Monthly and Colorado Homes and Lifestyles magazines in addition to the local clothing designers and fashion shows.
